This is the Genuine Beast from ProSelect. Manufacturer suggests replacing the inner sun gear bushing when installing this shell. Washer installation is shown. The original metal washer or bearing between the front annulus gear and sun gear are not affected. "The Beast" replaces both washer and bearing style shells.
This BEAST sunshell sungear has been redesigned to eliminate cracking and breaking with a reinforced neck collar spline made of heavier and thicker material to eliminate fatigue failure. Prevents loss of reverse, second and fourth gears.
The Sun Shell Assembly includes an injection molded plastic washer. This washer has the tabs inserted into holes formed in the neck section of the sun shell to form the complete sun shell assembly.
